We'll discuss your style, your space, your lifestyle, and your budget, and help you start exploring the options that could work for you. There's no pressure and no rush.
Expert Guidance & Quotation
Once we understand your needs, we'll guide you through our range and help you shortlist the products that are the right fit. We'll provide samples for you to take home and view in your own space and lighting, and we'll put together a clear, detailed quotation with no hidden costs. Everything is transparent from the outset.
Quality Check & Finishing Touches
Once the flooring is fitted, we carry out a thorough quality check to make sure everything meets our exacting standards. All edges, joins, and finishing details are inspected and any final touches are completed before we consider the job done. We won't leave until we're satisfied that the result is exactly as it should be.
Site Survey
Before any work begins, one of our experienced team will visit your property to carry out a full site survey. We'll measure accurately, assess the condition of the subfloor, and identify anything that needs to be addressed before fitting begins. Getting this right at the start means everything runs smoothly on the day.
Professional Supply & Fitting
On fitting day, our skilled team will arrive on time, work efficiently, and take great care of your home throughout. We bring all the tools, materials, and expertise needed to install your new flooring to the highest standard. We work neatly and cleanly, and we always leave your home tidy when we're done.
Aftercare & Support
